Excess energy in the physical system is directed towards sexual activity when you have no other productive channels to use that energy.A healthy interest in sex is natural but if you feel that it is turning into an obsession then take up some activity which will help your body to release the extra energy .You may join the gym and work out or start playing some sport or physical game which will keep your mind away from porn and will make you feel spent
.If you are not a sporty person take up some social service work such as teaching the poor kids or voluntarying service at the school,society,religious places or your neighbourhood.
Once you get to see the reality of life which many people are facing and suffering your thoughts and energy may be used to make a positive difference in peoples lives.
