Buy Rapidex English speaking books and audicassettes, as they are nice and effective and are easily available too. The easy way is to learn it through some such study material combined with watching English movies or serials on TV and trying to comprehend what they are talking and in what context...And the best, would be to ask one of your good friends who is good with English, any doubts (and perhaps start talking a little) in English and sort them out.

You must learn to write. So buy a few grammar books and practice the vocabulary. Also essay and precis writing.Write out words, ten times and practice.Make a word list in ur diary and go through. Then, read short stories , articles from general magazines.. Rewrite them in ur own words. But try to expand ur vocabulary too. There are CDS available for spoken English created by American and French companies. U could buy that for some authentic practice.
