If an unmarried hindu man absconds for more than 30 yrs , can his other brother enjoy the whole of his ancestral property, leaving behind his married sister .?

it depends on his will. if he had not made will then his property should be transered to his wife and children. U and sister have no authorise to claim his property. It can be transfered to Govt. I am not able to understand how u r using his property since more than 25 years. If we donot heard any news of that person till 7 years then it is treated as dead. In whose name u have paid property tax.

NO... as per Property act ... it is not possible...sister have the right on property...
