First and foremost you need to build up confidence in your self .You need to believe that you are no less than others whether its a girl or a boy.Making friends is very easy people prefer to make friends with people who are more intrested in others or at least show genuine intrest in others ,you need to be a good listener.Girls show more intrest towards boys who are well mannered ,show respect towards females and definately your looks and the way u carry yourself matters a lot.
Girls are not aliens they are human beings like u and if u really like to make friends with some one approach in a very polished and asubtle manner.Girls are conscious as u are.
