ya if u take a vat bill from ur cable operator .
jst make the complain as u face downtime which is more then 20%
And if he is charging more then the cost then find the broadband providing company from where he getz d input eg. sify, hathway etc. complain over there and if he only distributes the bandwidth with software like 24online then its illigle on terms of paper bcoze they hv only the "c" grade lic. 4 putting hanging weirs in cities they should hv reg with gov b4 providing such services. U can also ask for the rates he include in bill as per the law, right of information 2005

Yes you can.But are you taking special paid channels for which the rental for your cable scheme could be higher.You could first file a complaint with the Cable operators Association.And then move to Court.(Consumer Forum)

u sud drag him immedietely to consumer court but remember to take the receipt of this amont before u drag him to court so that u have enough proofs to prove him wrong...

Why ! It's insane ! Do you live in the remotest part of civilisation? How can they do it?It is absurd ! You have all the right and authority of demanding a full repayment as wel a compensation.My ! 4 Times? Sorry, that has certainly struck a blow.Go ahead guy.A simple notice from an advocate will bring the cable operator to his senses.I'm sure you won't have the trouble of reaching as far as the Courts.
