You can see your pf no. on your salary slip if it is there. PF cannot be stopped by any Company. If they knowingly not doing your full & final, then you should approach consumer court. But first make sure that you have not done any financial harm to the Company. See your appointment letter for details.

If you have pay slip from your previous employer, then show this in PF office and they will give your PF Number. If not, then there is no another way except to go out in Employees Union. They will charge a nominal fee but your full and final payment and PF Number will be given by your company guaranteed.

Have you given the company a notice or demanded the same in writing? First you should write a letter to the company asking them to pay the same. Send the letter through registered post. So far as the PF is concerned you have to fullfill a form 19 and give it to your employer to be forwarded to the concerned Regional Provident Commissioner.
If your company does not forward the form to The Commissioner then you can also write a letter to the Commissioner and ask him to initiate action against the company.
If you donot receive any reply from the company within 10 days orso than your are advised to contact a lawyer who can give legal notice can file the necessary proceedings for your claims.

They may need some time to process. If you are in a new job, give them the new PF a/c no so that they can transfer that amount to that account.
