It is true that cement price are increased day by day. It is because of the reason that the demand has been increasing everyday, whereas the production of cement is constant. Many middle class families have got loan and build their own houses. It require cement and other raw materials. Further, our country require more cement for construction of flats, building, factories, bridges, industries, etc. So, we are importing cement from other countries. The foreign currency rate are also increasing. Our country is developing. In all, the increase of every material price depends upon its requirement.

I think to make some one responsible for it would be quite difficult, so we can say that there is rise in prices due to rise in all the other related things and also might be due to reducing minerals.
