after completing 12th with at least 60% u'll be able to appear in iit, aieee, qsat etc...u must be knowing..then u can select CSE branch for engineering...but according to present scenario i would rather suggest you to select e.c.e branch for engineering because after completing b.e\b.tech u will be able to compete for very high profile and highly paid posts like ias, jto, drdo, ies posts, isro and many more gov. jobs, with electronics as core subject ,which are hot choices among all graduates..moreover if ur programming skill is sound u can easily be placed in it\software companies too..BUT it\cse students can niether look for gov. jobs(or they will need to study electronics subjects seperately except for very few jobs where c.s will do) nor they can be placed in core electrical companies. IF ur maths is very-very strong then u can appear in ISI exams(maths only) after 12th..
