Your computer is probably infected with spywares. Download and install Spybot S&D and run the program after updating definitions. You can also try Superantispyware. Both these programs are free. Also you can think of using Firefox or Opera browsers instead of Internet Explorer.

Your pop-up blocker is not working.
Check wheather it on or Off If off then On it.

Go to internet option then see the secuty setting if it is law then chenge it to middum-high.

If still the problem is not solved then down lord firefox then use it.
