You can get long time manufacturer warranty. Some manufacturers offer 3 to 5 years warranty on their components.
In assembled PC, the after sales service is good and quick.
You can select the components so that it will be easy to upgrade in future. It is much easier to upgrade to newer versions of hardware (say you want an additional graphics card for your newly bought LCD TV monitor)
The components you choose to assemble the computer is of good quality and international brands. You can find details of each and every component, so that you can buy a perfect PC for your reqirement and budget.
Disadvantages
As the components are of differnet manufactures, the exterior of the whole PC will not look like a quality product.The colours will not match with other components and the brand names on Monitor, cabinet, CD/DVD drives, Mouse and keyboards will show different manufacturer names.
As the assemblers are doing the business on idividual basis, they can not supply bulk quantities of PCs to corporates buyers.
