Assalam Alaikum

The error massage shows that you have deleted something by mistake. But don't worry!! Kernel file is just an ordinary file. For ignoring this massage, Go to Run Command and type "msconfig" (without quote). It will open System Configuration Utility. Go to STARTUP tab and uncheck all entries or click on DISABLE ALL.
Restart your computer. This will never show again that error massage. When computer restart, a window will be open. Just check "NEVER SHOW THIS MASSAGE AGAIN".

wow...u r a lucky guy.....yr computer gives you a massage......just joking....
now to the problem in hand..............

I assume you have just installed linux....this probably means that there was a problem with your installation CD/DVD....format and reinstall...if the error creeps up again...u need another installer CD...

When i switch on my CPU it starts but in monitor TFT type no dispaly shows except the asusual massage box with massage " Attention- No signal", how to fix it?

.......i think u hav problem with the RAM. RAM is not loading properly... open the cpu and take out RAM out of that , do nothing, and fix it again . it may cure the problem....I believe the "Attention - No Signal" message box that shows upon your system starting up is actually the monitors error message that conveying it got an out-of-range frequency set either by you or through electrical interference
