...Yes by clicking new in the folder option.Also suppose open my document ,you will find option make a new folder just click and no need doing anything extra.Say click on option file and then opt for new a folder and click on new and click on folder and create a new folder...right click anywhere in the desktop without selecting any icon and select new and click the folder option...
