well, Web 2.0 is an expression which was used for the first time in 2004 and referred to the second generation of Internet. The main characteristics of new era in Internet is connected with its constant development and delivering services tailored to the needs of each user

The concept of "Web 2.0" began with a conference brainstorming session between O'Reilly and MediaLive International.
