Well Ashish ,I got it now.

"Movement " is the position of a particular user on a day or overall points basis.

For example : Suppose Someone is at the 7th position on Monday and next day ( Tuesday ) he / she is in the 2nd position , there would be a green arrow with a number 5 indicating that the user has moved up 5 position on that day.

On the other hand if he / she is at the 17th position next day ( Tuesday ) there would be a Red arrow with a number 10 indicating that the user has moved down 5 position on that day.

well Ashish , I got this answer from feedback which is as follows:

The movement that is shown here is the movement i.e. number of points of each user as per his previous days score.

This is done by

1. Overall position/points - http://experts.ibibo.com/Leade rBoard.aspx?LbType=A&SortType= R&SortOrder=asc
2. Position/Points of today vs yesterday - http://experts.ibibo.com/Leade rBoard.aspx?LbType=t&SortType= R&SortOrder=asc
3. Position/Points of today vs yesterday in a particular category - http://experts.ibibo.com/CatLe aderBoard.aspx (you will need to choose a category first)
