Do viruses affect only one kind of computer operating system?

what else they want to do except OS ? If they attack to OS , they can get , send , read and so many things they can do with it . So, their main target is just *ATTACK OS* . But remember , they are attacking to the Main Part . If you join some external devices with OS which has been infected by viruses , so take care for your devices .
