When using a dialup connection, what worries you the most is the thought of getting exorbitant telephone bills. Downloading in parts by pausing and resuming downloads is the best way to download huge files. Other than this, you can instruct Flashget to hang up the telephone line when downloads get completed. To enable this feature:
Go to the “Tools” menu and select the option “Hang up when done”. This way you need not be at your computer when your files are downloading.
* You can also tell Flashget to shut down the computer after the download is complete by selecting “Shut down when done” from the “Tools” menu.
