its not search bar it is toolbar,
by removing toolbar open add remove and remove them or goto c: programfiles and choose the folder of that toolbar and remove it.
and if by this that not removed then open internet options from control panel or from internet explorer then, goto programs tab, then click on manage add-ons then click on the name of that toolbar's registry or add-ons then select disable or delete if available then click close.

Well you can do this by going to control panel, add or remove programs, then locate your tool bar and then uninstall it.Some times it comes with its own uninstaller .Uninstall it with that or u can use add or remove programs in control panel .
