You can install IDM from (www.internetdownloadmanager.com). IDM has an option where in you can download any .flv files. Since You tube and others uses .flv files internally, it would dowload it very easily.

1. Go to the page where your you tube video displays

2. Right click on the page and click on [Download flv video with IDM] and then click [download last requested flv video]

3. It will start downloading.
