well this is only possible if the server from which you are downloading support the download resume.

If it does support then you can use any download managers such as Internet download managers, download accelerator and flash get.

Now if you ask me reach one is the best then I would tell you that use none other than flash get this is free and this is the best supports everything and almost every site.

hi dear..

I recommend u to use Opera internet browser it resume your download even after u restart the system, and if u r fan of firefox then download a plugins for it known as download them all, which is ver good download manager.
