it depends on your internet speed . you need to have broad band . And broa band is not enough you need to select a torrent which has maximum health and whit more number of seeders , peers and very less no of leachers

peers- People who share packets of data with you they up load and download

seedrs the only upload

leachers they only download.

More number of peers , seedrs faster speeds you get.If you use antivirus like kaspersky etc you need to configure firewall properly
