Karamvir, Speed will depend on the number of people in the torrent and wether or not they are firewalled. Also, a maxed out upload pipe will clobber your download pipe. If you can, set your clients upload rate to a minimum 5% less than your max upload rate. Also, make sure you aren't firewalled - BT clients work on sharing, thus if you aren't giving, you won't receive as much.
Your share ration with the other peers and the number of seeders available will determine the amount of income bandwidth... and, your speed will increase.
