DesiTorrents (DT) is one of the best desi torrents sites. Only quality Desi stuff is posted there, nothing other than desi stuff. It has all the best collection of audio, video, movies and much more. DT got 1 Lakh+ members base, 10 Lakhs+ posts and 7.39 PB (1 Petabyte = 1000 Terabytes) torrents uploaded to date. Due to its heavy traffic, it's registration is closed long back. So now people can register only through invites and there is huge rush for invitations too. Here is the link for DesiTorrents:

What does Desi mean? TCAT Right
Sanskrit: One from our land, i.e., India. Loosely translated, desi means "native of", but for us the word holds a deeper meaning: Roots, Pride, Culture.

This being from old sanskrit, "India" is supposed to mean the whole subcontinent, not only what is called India today.
