unfortunately our security system is blocking the IP address you are

using to access our service.
Our system blocks IP addresses automatically when it detects a

massive hack attempt of our servers.

It seems that the person who is causing the block is operating with

the same ISP or through the same Proxy Server as you are.
We suggest to contact your ISP in this matter, as we are not able to

determine which one of their customers is causing this problem.

We are working with high pressure on a solution to this problem.

Unfortunately we can not just lift the IP ban since this would

endanger the entire system and our customers accounts.

What you can do is to try using online premium link generators to solve the problem for now, here is a list of generators.

Well it is a short term problem from rapidshare, will get to normal within few days and it not your fault and you can not correct it as nothing is wrong from your side.

What these have done is that they blocked a complete range of the IP address of Egypt and India as some one or few of them tried to hack into their system so due to the problem of dynamic IP they had to block the complete region out even the premium peoples.

But they are working on it and it will be back to normal soon with more security.

Now in the mean time you can use the site or down load from it using good proxies but only the HTTP ones and Not the CGI ones.

One good one is:

You get full speed with it.
