hello samson Best Bittorent Client - Well, It largely depends on user to user preference for Interface and also on the kind of connection you have.......but generally these are considered top 3:
1. Utorrent (http://www.utorrent.com): Small, Lightweight and Fast, best for beginners
2. Bitcomet (http://www.bitcomet.com) : not as lightweight, has tremendous support for peer cache....
3. Azureus - Bulky at times but comes with hell lotta features and plugins!
Top Bittorrent hosting and Indexing sites :
1. http://www.demonoid.com - Currently down due to lawsuit by canadian CRIA company, but still tops the list...
2. http://thepiratebay.org - largest torrent tracker
3. http://www.mininova.org - best for begginners & usually has a lotta comments on torrents to validate them.
4. www.isohunt.com - good but no comments at all
Bittorrent P2P network was designed to circulate large files rapidly so you can very easily download large torrent.....I have downloaded many torrent of greater than 10 GB!!! But obviously only limit is - your connection speed.....
To maximize speed, you have to configure torrent client properly(whichever you may choose). Don't worry usually all torrent client sites have a FAQ, help section and forums......so just fiddle around a bit and you will configure it right......you see configuring part, I can not tell you here coz it requires knowledge of connection.
just goto any site i told you above and search for what you want you will probably get it
