no you cannot get your data back if your data is damaged. what you can do is always save your data on computer and pendrive or keep it as an attachment on email. you will never loose it

No,it is not possible to retrieve the data it contain. Pen drive are very delicate.It depends on which part of pen drive is damaged.Or
