whenever you download a software every time files related to that software will come.Files like software setup file, read me,file sample, resources, property panels, components, images, etc are also there.Without these files the software will not work and if you delete the files related to the software then the software wont work and it will show "one of the files of the software is missing.Reinstalling the file would solve your problem".This warning sign would come.So if you download a software then files related to that software will always come.So don't delete those files when u see it.Those files are there so that the software functions and runs properly. These files supports the software. If the software is directly loaded to any other computer through email then the software wont work because there would be no files to support that software and hence the software wont work.It will show a warning sign. Most important file of software is read me file.If you delete the read me file then it cant read the file which will run the software.
