you can pretty much use any music player for playing your mp3s...popular players are windows media player , winamp , musicmatch jukebox etc..

in my opinion winamp media player or Quintessential Media Player is best for playing mp3 cd's.you can download these from http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/gmm/fwmp3players.html or http://www.sofotex.com/download/MP3_Software/MP3_Players

As per my openion and knowledge there are so many softwares for playing mp3 cd's songs, but my preference is 'winamp media player'. Its easy to use and very comfortable. You can download it from their website (www.winamp.com/player)

all operating system got a basic media player which can play MP3 files, else for 3rd party software you can try winamp, real player, Windows media player 11, Music Match Juke box etc ,
