Well there are some good proxy sites which can allow to open some sites but I am afraid to say your net speed will be pretty slow using these proxy sites.

Two of the best sites I have seen is

1) http://anonymizer.nntime.com
2) http://anonymouse.org

Hope it would work for you without disturbing your Internet connection speed .
