In order to install the LimeWire program you must first download the installer from the website. After downloading the program, follow the installation method associated with your computer's operating system:
Windows - "Run" the installer from the website or double-click LimeWireWin.exe
Mac OS Classic (8.1 or greater) - Double click LimeWireMac.bin.
Mac OS X - Double-click the .dmg file to expand it. If you downloaded the installer with the Safari browser, the DMG should have expanded automatically. Double-click on the LimeWire icon to start using the software.
Linux - Open a shell and cd (change directory) to the directory where you downloaded the installer. At the prompt type: sh ./LimeWireLinux.bin
Solaris - Open a shell and cd (change directory) to the directory where you downloaded the installer. At the prompt type: sh ./LimeWireSolaris.bin
Unix - Open a shell and cd (change directory) to the directory where you downloaded the installer. At the prompt type: sh ./LimeWireSolaris.bin

Saurabh, to run limewire you need to download the limewire software. Once you have done with downloading double click it to run. You should keep in mind to connect you should have internet. The Gnutella network is a system of computers connected only through the internet. In order for LimeWire to connect to the Gnutella network, an internet connection must be present. LimeWire will not establish an internet connection for you.

Lime Wire is a Pretty Simply Interface..Search wat you are looking for ..you ill get a list of Files from Different Hosts...check its authenticity..and download..but be careful while downloading .exe files

If you haven't already, download and install LimeWire Basic. This tutorial will concentrate only on LimeWire. LimeWire is the most popular Gnutella client because it is both user-friendly and available for all major platforms including Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. Not many Gnutella clients are available for all three. It's a free download.
