Well, I am simply asking you why do you want to be a hacker. And why do u want to hack Your friend's mobile balance.

You should know that hacking any site is illegal and punishable.
You must be knowing it is one kind of crime.
I would suggest you not to think about it.
Anyways Hacking is no mean business; It needs loads of effort and knowledge.

You need to think beyond a normal computer programmer. Well I would suggest you to don't think about doing it.
