orkut supports video from youtube and google video. so you have to download video from these sites where your video is listed.
to download you ca use orbit downloader.

Dipankar to download videos from Orkut you have to download youtube video downloader.You can do so by opening this link http://www.freewarefiles.com/downlo ads_counter.php?programid=25206
Once downloaded you can visit to youtube and go to the page in which you have the video you want to download.Now you can copy and paste the URL in downloder and click on OK.
