1. In Outlook Express, go to the Tools menu. Click on Accounts...
2. A box will appear. Click Add and select Mail.
3. Enter your name as you want it to appear on your emails and click Next.
4. Put in your email address, which consists of a user you set up in webmail and @yourdomain.xyz, and then click Next.
5. Set the server type as POP3.
6. For incoming and outgoing mail servers, enter mail.yourdomain.xyz (where yourdomain.xyz is your domain name and extension such as .com).
7. Click on Next.
8. Enter your email address for the Account Name. Enter the password you set for this account.
Note: Do NOT check the box "Log on using Secure Password Authentication".
9. Click Next and then click Finish. After you click Finish, you should see the following window. If not, go to the Tools menu, and click on Accounts. After clicking Accounts the window will appear. In this window, click on your domain until it is highlighted, then click on Properties.
10. When the next screen appears, click on the Servers tab. Under Outgoing Mail.

You can received divert mail from different email account to outlook express. For this you follow these steps-

With this setting I know that my email is getting to both boxes, with my desktop being the master. In your case, you may want to go one step further and have both boxes leave messages on the server until you delete them from the "Deleted Items" folder on either one of the computers. (Assuming that you are using POP3 mail format go to 'Tools' --> 'Accounts' --> then highlight the appropriate email account --> 'Properties' --> 'Advanced' --> check the box located at the bottom of the dialog box that says, 'Leave a copy of messages on the server')

For autoresponders you will first need to create an email message and save it to your hard drive (for example, vacation.eml). When you have your message saved then go to 'Tools' --> 'Message Rules' --> 'Mail' this will bring up the "New Mail Rule" dialog box. For section 1. check the box next to, 'For all messages.' For section 2. check, 'Reply to message.' Then, in section 3. click on the word "message" and select the message that you previously saved to your hard drive. When you have accomplished all of this your "New Mail Rule" dialog box will contain your new rule, and it will be checked, click OK and it's running.
