Please follow the steps as our friend Alok has mentioned. The only change you should do in Step no 5 is this:

Under POP3 box type "nmma.dataone.in" (without quotes) and in SMTP box type "nmra.dataone.in" (without quotes).

It will work. Let me know if you face any problems.
