Well Your question is a bit confusing.
You want to change your profile picture or want to add / upload new photos.

To change your profile picture / photo

1) Go to your profile page
2) Click on the icon / picture ( you can fine "update photo" written there).
3) Click "browse " to explore and choose the photo u want to upload.
Click apply to upload it.
your profile photo will be displayed after that.

If u want to upload photos here in ibibo. (you can do the same here)
Than click on the options Photos / add ( it is there in your profile)
Create a new album and upload as many photos as u want.

In your homepage click update pic, you will get a dialog box set the path of your pic ( JPEG, PNG, GIF ) browsing it on your computer. Click upload, wait few moment
