well, HTC is supposed to be toughest competitor for much hyped about i-phone and I just saw 3 models being offered at futurebazzar.com at a discount of 4000 - 6000 for the top models of prices around 180,00 to 33,000.
The HTC Touch Diamond will be out with all major networks in June. Pricing has yet to be announced, but we assume that it will be free on a monthly contract and around £300-500 SIM-free.
Upsides
Although it's a feature-packed phone, the Diamond is surprisingly smaller and lighter than you may expect. We found it fairly easy to put in our trouser pockets and not unwieldy when making phone calls or sending text messages.
Unlike the HTC Touch's TouchFLO user interface that partially covers up the fiddly Windows Mobile UI, the Diamond's TouchFLO 3D adds much more, making it easier to access most functions with just a finger. When you want to send a text message, for example, a keypad pops up with keys large enough to tap with your fingers. It might sound like a small improvement but HTC veterans and new users alike will really appreciate not having to use a stylus for this function.
The Diamond's large 71mm (2.8-inch) touchscreen has a higher resolution (VGA) than any previous HTC phone and looks much sharper because of it. Watching YouTube on the screen is very enjoyable, as is viewing photos or simply reading an email.
