c-cleaner,uniblue speed up my pc, diskclener will be helpful to u.

or u may try
open my computer
right click ur window drive( c- drive)
click properties
in general u will find "Disk Clenup"
from there u can delete extra files from ur pc........

u can also use "%temp%" command in "Run" for ur temporary files.......

try downloading diskcleaner it will clean all history and cookies.downlaod diskcleaner from the http://diskcleaner.nl

U can use tune up utilities 2008....
it refreshes and optimize ur PC...for internet, ram, registry cleaning etc....its an all in one software....

download ccleaner from filehipp.com it is very light, free and good, also you candownload another one from aol.com.
