I have got BSNL broadband net connection but my speed is not 2mbps which is shown on ads. How could I increase the speed ? Is there any software for it ?  

Check your Service provider, they can only give you higher internet speed like airtel broadband is giving max. of 8mbps. Contact them they might can help you out.
but you can try some software like 'Internet Turbo' it will increase your speed to some extent. But it will be not much effective.
