well siddesh,
u can know more about these softwares by opening that software and goto help and then click on help/content/tutorial/or anything by which u know about what the software does.
or u can also type the name of that software on the search engine and then know about them.
and u don't need to use these softwares or u don't use all of them just use those u want to need.
