I have done B.Tech in 2002 and Im working in UP Govt. Now I want to shift to Private sector. Is SAP/ERP course would b better for me.

SAP ERP is the one of the best option now.
Without any hesitation go for it.

It would definitely help you to get more better jobs in future.

Though SAP/ERP has a good market. But for experienced people. I am not sure how it reacts wth freshers like you. It also requires a fair amount of knowledge in programming. Do you have that as well? Check all your options before leaving your Govt. Job.

Best way to find one and then work for few months and then decide to stay in private sector or continue in Govt.
