Well, my personal suggestion would be to try for a job and simultaneously do MS.
B.Tech ( CSE )course is recognized in all software companies.
If you work hard you will easily get a job.
The good news for you is that Software / IT industry is on a high and you have loads of opportunities in this field.
Presently Bangalore , Hyderabad , Pune , Gurgaon , Noida, Delhi , Chennai are some of the cities best for software development.
Aprat from doing B.Tech , Try to master yourself in one of the popular languages / platforms like Java, C++, .Net, C, SQL server etc. Java and .Net are extensively used in companies ( MNCs) . Both are used for Product development as well as web applications.
Best of luck.
