In a budget of 40000/- which laptop is better HP/HCL/LENOVO with 15.2" display and good speed while using internet  

go for HP / Compaq.
HP Pavilion is one of the best laptops.
I am using it my home. It works fine for me.
These laptops have the best configurations and feasible ( cheap rate) too .

The standard laptop computer would have some ,if not all, of the following features:

1. 14" - 17" (widescreen) TFT screen.
2. Nvidia GeForce or ATI Radeon graphics subsystem.
3. Internal DVD-ROM or DVD-RW drive
