Well Sandeep, again the best solution for you would be to call BSNL customer care and ask them about your query.
They are the best persons who can give u a correct reply.
Well frankly speaking I have not used BSNL connection , so don't have much idea about it.
I am using Sify at home and i had the same problem like you.
I called the sify customer care and they gave me the details how to check the limit of download.
I have a limit of 150 MB in a day and i check it daily to ensure i have not crossed the limit.
You can also do it yourself after knowing the process.
