Hi,
Check if your notebook really has a Bluetooth card installed.
The Notebooks, which can be equipped with an internal Bluetooth card, have a pre-installed "Bluetooth Manager" Software to make upgrades easier.
When you start the Bluetooth Manager, you may get the following error message: "Could not open the Bluetooth ACPI device driver (toshfrec.sys)".
In this case, there may not be a Bluetooth card installed in your PC or the Bluetooth card in the PC may be poorly connected or defect. If this is in fact the case, check if your Notebook has a Bluetooth Card installed by looking for the label on the under cover of the Notebook.
