first of all you go to add/remove option, than select the programe which you want to delete , and after selection of the programe click on the button of add/remove right hand side in bottom , so you 1 thing go in control panel nd then go in add remove prog. nd then unistall the prog after restart the system it wil totally remove 4m system....Either instll the program onece more and then remove

Yes sometimes Norton does not uninstall. But first you should try uninstalling by "Add or Remove Programs" in control Panel.
