I also have 256 kbps bandwidth bit I get 32 kbps download speed only.

hi there

if you are 436kbps downloading speed 196kbps upload speed it is very good. But if you low the upload speed than you can get more download speed. Because when we start upload it takes download speed. One more think which company internet connection you are using. If it is BSNL then it is one of the best connection India. I to use BSNl connection and I am getting 213kbps download speed.
