i am using WinXP-pack2 .i am not getting desktop tab when i view propertiespls tell me what to do to change desktop

I am using Nero Start smart but i am unable to write the files to the C.D. I am getting Dll system error has occured and nero automatically closeswat can i do?

well, first of all use full version of nero software, and if u have any problem as u said then it is better for u to uninstall it nero and check that is ur CD writer are working properly it drivers, and if u have any problem as u said then it is better for u to uninstall it nero and check that is ur CD writer are working properly it drivers are installed correctly, if it works fine in playing CDs
