Technically Windows 7 is latest and have 64 bit features enhanced and advanced visit microsoft site for whats new in windows 7 so it is superior to the next gen software ie 64 bit software.However current majority of softwares are 32 bit so have compatibility issues with windows 7.So people think windows7 have bugs but it is merely a compatibility issue....i think you should go for windows Xp unless
