my cd-rom is corrupted so i replca it a new one (cd-rom) but after a month my cd-rom is corrupted again!!!

Also check when you burn the CD, it's completed successfully. Sometimes incomplete burning can cause corrupted CD.

Apart from this, Let me suggest you to use: CD Recovery Toolbox (Freeware - www.oemailrecovery.com/cd_reco very. html) which is a data recovery tool, designed to recover files from scratched or otherwise damaged or corrupted CD (as well as DVD, HD DVD and Blu-Ray disks too). Just select the drive that contains the media you want to recover from, check the files you want to restore and start the recovery process. Depending on the level of damage, the recovery process may take a long time, and may not recover all the files. It did recover a good portion for me from a badly corrupted CD that Windows was not able to read properly. The application doesn’t promise access to every file that you originally burned to the disc, but it will recover as much as it can read.

keep it away from duct and make sure that power supply to ur pc is earth-ed !!

The only way for the "corrupt" of CD-ROM is to mishandle it.

Have you notices any scratches on you disk before discarding the same?. if so that is it.

IS it ALL discs it cannot read or only some ?
What is the exact error ? Could simply be scratched discs.

CD ROMs themselves very rarely become corrupt.
