For disable hotkeys,follow these steps:
1) Log into your computer with administrative rights.
2) Click 'Start' button, then press 'Run' and type 'regedit'.
3) Navigate to this location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Policies > Explorer
4) In right side panel, right click to create a new DWORD value with the name 'NoWinKeys' (without quotes). Or modify the existing value called 'NoWinKeys' values and assign number '1' in value data box.
5) Now close the registry editor and restart your computer after any changes to go into effect.
But next time, if you want to enable windows hotkeys combinations then simply change the value (to '0') of data box or delete the NoWinKeys DWORD item.
