hi pallavi,
u can dial 124 then 4 digit code of ur choice then press 4 to lock all outgoing calls and if u want to unlock then dial 124 ur code then press 0 to unlock.
for e.g.
124 3452 4 to lock and 124 3452 0 to unlock
